Duplication (Direct Embroidery From Sample)

Custom embroidery into your fabric items. The quick and simple option. Send us your items that need embroidering, along with a scan, photocopy, or actual sample if possible, of your design or previously embroidered item. We'll custom embroider your design into your items, matching the style and matching or surpassing the quality of your original embroidery or design.

Optimization

Custom embroidery design optimization - a service that can be added to Duplication. Before we start production, our experienced designers will analyze your embroidery sample or design and make improvements for greater readability, impact, style, and clarity. We'll send you the result so you can approve it or request changes. Once you approve it, we'll start production. This service is free with your order of 50 pieces or more. (A Design Service fee of $99 applies to cancelled orders only.)

Design Service

Starting from scratch? Need a new custom embroidery design? Does a committee need to approve the design before ordering? Give us your sample, sketch, or even notes of what you have in mind, and let our talented embroidery designers come up with a design for your approval. This service is free with your custom embroidery order of 50 pieces or more. (A Design Service fee of $99 applies to cancelled orders only.)

Thread Options

Get creative! It often only takes four or five colours to make a great-looking, colourful embroidery design. However, we offer up to seven colours at no additional cost, and up to fifteen colours in a single design for a very small surcharge per colour over seven. We also offer premium thread options (additional charges apply): metallic thread, including silver and gold; neon colours; even glow-in-the-dark thread. (Fireproof NOMEX® thread is also available, in limited colours - please contact us for details.)

Subcontract Embroidery Services (for other manufacturers)

Have a large order and can't schedule enough embroidery machines fast enough? Send us your items and your sample or stitch file(s) and tell us how quickly you need it. Finished samples provided for your approval before production. Please contact us regarding availability.
